These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of individual Love Alignment Reports generated by LACE™, a proprietary product of Jazchezit Consulting Inc., operating as Love By Design. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Love Alignment Reports are licensed for your personal, private use only. Reports may not be used for commercial purposes, shared publicly, published, broadcast, or redistributed in any form without the prior written permission of Jazchezit Consulting Inc.
Purchasing individual reports does not constitute a professional license. Using LACE™ reports in a client-facing, coaching, matchmaking, or business capacity requires a separate Professional License. Visit joannwosu.com/lace for licensing options.
The Love Alignment Report, including all methodology, scoring logic, interpretive content, frameworks, and proprietary language, remains the intellectual property of Jazchezit Consulting Inc., operating as Love By Design. All rights reserved.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license to read and retain your individual report. No ownership of any intellectual property is transferred by this purchase.
LACE™ is a registered trademark of Jazchezit Consulting Inc. The REAL Attraction Pyramid™ and Love Alignment Report are proprietary products. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use will be pursued under applicable law.
Birth data submitted for report generation is used solely for the purpose of generating your Love Alignment Report. It is not stored beyond the fulfillment period, sold to third parties, or used for marketing purposes.
By submitting birth data for another person you confirm that you have their knowledge and consent to do so.
Report credits purchased as part of a bundle (3 Reports or 5 Reports) are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after this period and are not refundable or transferable.
Credits are associated with the account created at purchase and may not be transferred to another account.
Because Love Alignment Reports are generated and delivered digitally upon purchase, all sales are final once the report has been generated. No refunds will be issued after report generation has begun.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, contact team@joannwosu.com within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate and resolve it.

Jazchezit Consulting Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of LACE™ products following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
